The biggest attraction of network marketing is the dream of creating such an epic mlm downline that you can stop working and still make tons of money year after year. Of course this is not as easily done as they show you on that little 3 who gets 3 who gets 3 presentation that we’ve all seen. Getting only 3 people will almost never produce the kind of results required to create that massive mlm downline.
It’s a proven statistic that all 3 people will not easily duplicate your success. I’ve found that 5% of my team will duplicate my success. This means to complete the first level of my pyramid with 3 solid people I had to get 60 people into my team. If their stats were the same, they too would have to get 60 people to fill their first level with the right people. This is the biggest reason why your warm market alone will never build that epic mlm downline.
Here’s the thing, a lot of time is going to need to be spent teaching your team how to generate the amount of leads required to sign up 60 people. You’re also going to have to spend a lot of time learning how to generate the amount of leads required to sign up 60 people into your team. So, where do you begin?
This brings the internet to the table. The internet can provide some immense leverage to you educating a ton of people at once. Not only will you be able to do it simultaneously, but you’ll be able to do it automatically. You’ll have to setup some training resources, websites, and other stuff to teach them on autopilot. Once you do the initial setup process though, you’ll be able to generate leads on autopilot and teach your team to do the same on autopilot.
Just think if you were to put a training video on a website somewhere, and you had a team of 60 people, they could all watch that video at once no matter where they lived or what time it was. You would never have to do that training again. This same concept is going to apply to generating leads online, showing your business presentation online, and a lot of other things.
Using the internet, you can simply generate traffic to your websites which would ultimately convert those visitors into your leads. Then those leads would automatically see some business presentation. You build a relationship and then they would join your team.
At this point your new team members would learn to do the same exact thing through your automated training that you have put together on your websites. Having these automatic trainings in place will save you a ton of time teaching your team to grow their team.
